Private room with designated covered parking space on fully fenced lot in recently updated home. Room rate includes all utilities and shared bathroom that is rarely used by others in the home. You will share the house with a sweet 10yr dog named Hawkeyeand, me(55 yo woman) & 58 yo woman. We are busy with work/activities so usually only home in the evenings during the week. Room has a bed dresser, spacious closet and desk if wanted. Home is equip with A/C for those hot summer days we love, but want to cool down from when inside. I look forward to finding the right petson to offer affordable housing while having some extra income:) No smoking inside the home or anywhere on the property.
