This is a room being rented out in a large five bedroom house in Highlands Ranch. This is the master bedroom of the house and has its own private bathroom. The common areas of the home are furnished and all utilities are already set up for the house including high speed internet. There will be a fixed utility fee on top of the monthly rent of $150 to help cover all utilities being provided along with a professional cleaner that will come once a month to clean the common areas of the home. The garage spaces will be leased separately and for an additional fee, a garage space will also include rights to the driveway space behind it. All leases will be on a month to month basis.
