I am looking for a single person or couple to take over the sublease. Given the interest in the unit, we anticipate finding someone quickly, and having our property manager help handle the lease sign-over. The property manager will handle background check, rental agreement processing, etc. No need to submit application on Zillow. Dogs will need to be approved by the property manager and require an additional fee of $50 per month. 2 months rent required for deposit. **This is a triplex and the listing is for the downstairs unit on the west side of the home. The leaseholder upstairs are a couple who work in tech and travel often. The other half of the duplex is a friendly, quiet neighbor working and traveling often.
