Bear Pause" is a 1600 sq. ft., 2 BR & Loft, 3 Bath condo in the Reserve at the top of beautiful Sugar Mountain, NC. We have prepared the space for you (up to 6 guests total) to enjoy year round. What CAN'T you do at Sugar Mountain is the question. We are thrilled that you are considering our home away from home for your stay and we look forward to doing everything that we can to help you enjoy it. Take in those amazing sunrises and sunsets. Take your breath away on the back deck that overlooks the mountain range with beautiful sunsets BEDROOMS and BATHROOMS King bed in the master suite with a large stand up shower (jacuzzi garden tub not available at this time). There is a large TV with cable in the master as well. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and full bath with tub. The loft has a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and full private bath, with stand up shower. The loft also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle. This is a great space for the kids. There is a large walk in closet up in the loft as well. KITCHEN We have the kitchen fully stocked with all of the appliances, utensils, cookware and dishware that you need to make and serve a great meal. (Food/beverages not included). LIVING AREA and DINING AREA Cozy up with throw blankets by the gas fireplace to watch TV or play one of our games or puzzles from our collection. Enjoy free, high speed, dependable wi-fi. In warmer weather, enjoy the furniture that we keep stored in the closet on the large deck. Our ideal lease is between 30-120 days. We are not interested in a long term, 12 month lease. Additionally, if you're requesting to stay from October through March, the rent will be at a premium due to high demand and may be subject to change.
