Just completely remodeled and upgraded. We are adamant about non smokers living in the home and also no pet owners as this will be our retirement home in the future and have pet allergies. One year lease and then month to month after the year. Renter will be responsible for all utilities as well as the landscape maintenance. Owner will be responsible for seasonal start up and shut down of the sprinkler system as well as repairing the system if needed.
