As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room is adorned with comfortable couches, a crackling fireplace, and a flat-screen TV, providing the perfect setting for cozy evenings spent together. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the necessary cookware to whip up delicious meals. Whether you're gathering around the dining table for a hearty breakfast or sharing stories over a leisurely dinner, the kitchen is the heart of the home. When it's time to rest, you'll find four bedrooms, each offering a tranquil retreat. The downstairs queen room is tucked away at the back of the house, providing a peaceful oasis. The upstairs queen room is also spacious and offers separation from the other bedrooms. The two other upstairs bedrooms, while smaller, are still comfortable and provide a good night's sleep. In the morning, awaken to the sounds of nature and enjoy a cup of coffee on the wrap-around porch. As the day unfolds, you'll have endless options for adventure. Spend your days hiking through towering pines, kayaking on crystal-clear waters, or skiing down pristine slopes. When the sun sets, return to the cabin and gather around the fire pit. This ski lease is Jan 5 to May 5 or longer or Dec 1 to April 30th. For rentals 60+ nights, US Credit report and deposit check required with application. Applicants MUST be able to view property before application will be considered. Videochat can be considered if tenant signs a waiver. For all ski lease rentals, security deposit (equal to one month's rent) plus all monies are due at check in. Utility deposit, insurance and/or pro-rated snow removal are also due before move-in, if applicable. 4-6 month lease tenants pay monthly rent which includes reimbursing the owner local phone service, cable or satellite TV, internet/WiFi, HOA dues, trash, water, sewer, and sewer treatment. In addition, renters pay gas, electric, pro-rated snow removal, and hot tub service if applicable. Please note, professional house and carpet cleaning for all ski leases is required at the end of your tenancy and will be noted in your lease as well as monthly cleaning. Deposits will be refunded within 21 days after your lease end date. We highly recommend purchasing accidental damage insurance through us, to help cover your deposit. All monies for the entirety of lease are due in 2 payments up front as well as one month's security deposit.
