Freshly painted and with brand new luxury vinyl flooring, the apartment features an in-unit W/D, tub/shower combo, fridge, microwave, stove, air conditioning, and a balcony off of the bedroom with a view of the M Trail. One driveway parking space is provided, with plenty of street parking available for second vehicle or guests. Due to its size it's well-suited for one individual, but couples without a bunch of large furniture or lots of stuff have lived here comfortably. There is plenty of room on your covered patio for storing locked bicycles, and we offer the shared use of our nearby storage unit for storage of your miscellaneous items or seasonal gear. Since the apartment sits above the garage, it is relatively free from "neighbor noise" that often comes with traditional apartment living. Since we will be living on the same property during part of the year, it is expected that we may hear each other from time to time. Civility, quiet and neighborly consideration is in the mutual interest of all parties. Ideal tenant/s: QUIET non-smoking professional individual or couple with solid and verifiable work history and references. Two occupants maximum; this is not negotiable. No pets. While we do not allow you to bring your own pets, you are welcome to enjoy ours. We have two rambunctious puppies who like to romp around in the yard and you will see them regularly so it is important that you are willing to tolerate and respect (and perhaps even enjoy) their presence.
