Single story, nice house, hate having to sell it Neighborhood Description Quiet neighborhood, but we have a lot of kids who play on the weekend. There is a post office, walgreens, high school, home depot, lowes (opening up), large park and new hospital within a half mile. All the residents are real nice, and neighborly. Never any problems. It's really a great place to live and grow a family. The gated community is small enough for just the few houses there, plenty of room to jog around if you like without going outside the gate.
