This cottage sits on 32/acres surrounded by nature. The Stillaquamish river is across the street with Riverview Park three miles away and the Suspension bridge park is a few steps away. There is no bus service along our road so a car is needed. Owner pays for electric, water, garbage and septic. There is a mini split that provides heat/AC. I usually go with a month to month arrangement. Tenant pays for propane which is filled once every 6-9 months. It usual adds about $40 a month to rent. Tenant pay's landlord.
