The owner lives in the lower unit of the home with her kitty part of the time when she is not traveling and she travels often. Backyard is a shared space as well as there will be space in the driveway for up to 1 car. There is more parking in front of the home if needed. A signed rental agreement is required to rent this home. You will need to agree to limits on using Electricity/ Gas & Heating the pool. There are limits to how many people can rent this home and the number of parked cars. 1. We may accept up to 1 dog on a case by case basis. Please inquire if you want to bring your doggie. Extra fees will apply. 2. Please No SMOKING. No DRUGS. No PARTIES! If you will be wanting to have an event, you must let the Owner know prior to it and make arrangements to coordinate this. 3. Owner shares the outdoor backyard and pool with the renter. 4. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup. -Trash: Trash bins are on the side of the house. Please place all trash in bags before placing it in the bin. We have recycling and ask that you please do not put any recycling in a bag. 5. BBQ is also available for you use. Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we have extra tanks on the side of the home next to the trash bins, or please just message 6. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises. 7. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises and that includes any commercial videotaping of any kind. Please inquire about any commercial videotaping or if you want to conduct an interview at the home as it is permitted on a case by case. 8. We have video cameras outside of the home in the front to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don't be alarmed, there are none inside. 9. A mid stay cleaning is required for this rental and a payment of $150 paid for this monthly, it is a light clean and not a full cleaning.
