Adorable, pristine tiny house with beautiful views of fields and a pond. Perfect for minimalist living. Suitable for one person only. Fully furnished, WiFi and all utilities included in rent. Access to hiking trails on property. Storage for outdoor biking, kayaking equipment. There is no a/c or washer/dryer , however, there is a laundry mat in Banner Elk. No smoking. No pets- we are firm on this, don't ask please. We are sure your pets are lovely, but this house is tiny and too small for an animal to be inside all day, outside is full-on nature; coyotes, bobcats and even the occasional bear roam the area so it would be very dangerous for a domestic animal. If you would like to see the house you must fill out an application first, it's a time saver for everyone. The application fee goes to Zillow not to us and can be used across their site. All utilities included- no washer/dryer, no pets, no smokers. First months rent and full security deposit rent due at lease signing.
