I have a lovely piece of land in the Coosawattee River Resort that I received as payment for a motorcycle I sold some years ago. It's 0.65 acres with a nice view of Fort Mountain, less than 2 miles from the Legion Road gate and less than a 1/4 mile off the paved road. There are no houses directly next to it and the lot next door is buffer for the house after that. The lot has 130' of road frontage, is sloping enough for a good basement but still easily walkable and backs up to a heavily wooded area that is very peaceful with only the sounds of nature. The CRRA is about an hour North of Atlanta in Ellijay and is a full resort with multiple pools, tennis courts, and many other amenities. I've decided not to build there as I bought more acreage nearby. Would consider a trade for something interesting but prefer a sale. Make me an offer that's reasonable and I will consider it.
