(3) Our third bedroom is downstairs and has two Twin/Twin bunk beds and a Full/Twin bunk bed to sleep 7 people and a connected bathroom. (4) Our fourth bedroom is upstairs and has two Queen beds, a Smart TV, closet, dresser, and an en suite bathroom. Please be aware that the hot tub may require servicing during your stay. While we make every effort to schedule maintenance before checkin, circumstances may occasionally require a vendor to perform service while guests are present. House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
