Welcome to Sunnyside Alley Boutique Studio! This private and colorful guest suite has its own alley entrance attached to our home. It's just minutes from BSU, St. Luke's, downtown Boise, and 10 minutes from the airport. You're a short walk away from the amazing Greenbelt and Boise river as well! Enjoy a cozy stay with a hot tub, bikes, kitchenette (induction plates and air fryer), smart TV, Wi-Fi, and pet-friendly touches. Perfect for work, play, or exploring the city! The space The studio is attached to our house and has its own private access from the alleyway behind. You can park in the driveway right next to your gate. There is one queen sized bed that has a purple mattress and the couch folds down into an extra sleep space. The kitchenette is fully stocked with tea, coffee, sugar, spices, and everything you need to make a meal! Outside you have your own private yard with Adirondack chairs and a small bistro table. Please note that the unit is set up like a studio and is roughly 350 square feet with your own small yard. Guest access You will have the whole space to yourself. The driveway where you park is the only spot that is shared where you might interact with your hosts. Property will be available starting September 1st (unless we continue to get more bookings). We currently operate this as a short term rental to help support our growing family and cover our mortgage. The rent is high to help offset what we will lose from that revenue. We know many people are moving into Boise for work at Micron and figured we would offer our place up on a medium to long term basis to help with this demand. We would need a 6 month lease and future months after that could only be blocked out with guarantee payment of two months (otherwise we need to open up our calendar to let bookings come in). The price includes utilities and wi-fi as well as access to your own personal two person hot tub. There is one off street parking spot right by your gate and more on street parking available in the neighborhood. The location is great for freeway access, downtown access, river access, and airport access.
