No Smoking * Smoking, vaping, and the use of recreational drugs are strictly prohibited inside the cottage. *Smoking is permitted outdoors only, please use designated areas and properly dispose of cigarette butts. No Parties or Events * Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Respect the Property * Please treat the cottage and furnishings with care as you would your own home. * Report any maintenance issues promptly so they can be addressed. Pets * No pets unless approved in advance. Parking * Please park only in your designated parking space. Outdoor Areas * Guests are welcome to enjoy the backyard and outdoor grill. * Please clean the grill after use and be respectful of neighboring properties. Laundry * Laundry facilities are available by scheduled arrangement with the owners. Safety * Lock all doors and windows when leaving the cottage. * Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged or if an emergency arises
