Our home is a fully updated bungalow in the heart of Congress Park, bright and welcoming. Across two levels and about 2,500 square feet, there's plenty of room to spread out while still feeling comfortable. The main level features a primary bedroom with a California king bed and ensuite bath, a second bedroom with a lofted full bed, a shared bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and living room. Our kitchen is a favorite spot, spacious and bright with updated appliances, a sunny breakfast corner, and everything you need to cook a real meal. Downstairs you'll find an office with a pullout queen couch, a family room, laundry, a workout space, and a third bathroom with a tub, ideal for a guest, older kid, or visiting family. Outside, our recently renovated back patio has an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and a propane fire pit, plus garden space to enjoy. The covered front porch has a comfy couch, perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the evening. The home stays comfortable year-round with radiant heat, evaporative cooling, and a whole house fan. A few things to know: there are 7 steps up to the front door and 4 steps up to the backyard, with the back door entering to a split staircase. We have two shorthair cats who live here when we're home (not during your stay, but the space isn't hypoallergenic). Utilities up to $300/month and WiFi (150-250 Mbps) are included, along with bimonthly cleaning and fresh linens at move-in. This has been our family's home for the past decade, and we've poured a lot of love into it.
