This is a very nice older mobile home on our farm. We need animal friendly people.There's a school bus stop at the corner of the property. Very convenient to all shopping, close to Ocala. There are two bedrooms with a small bonus room/office and two bathrooms. There is open pasture and serene front porch sitting. If gardening is your thing there are raised bed gardens. Gas, electric, and garbage and cable are not included. Your yard is your responsibility. We are looking for someone that can help feed occasionally and look after the farm. We have some goats, one horse, and chickens it takes about 15 minutes to feed and you will be compensated. Renter pays electric, gas and garbage, cable. This is a month to month lease. Lawn maintenance is the renter's responsibility.
