Downstairs, you'll find our second living space that has a large TV with cable, a fireplace, a large cozy couch, and a pool table! When it is time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our five bedrooms: (1) The primary bedroom has a California King-size bed, TV, large walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub! (2) The second bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (3) The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, closet, and a nearby bathroom. (4) Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed and closet. (5) Downstairs, the fifth bedroom has a Twin over Full-size futon bunk bed and a Twin over Twin bunk bed. Perfect for the kids! The house is located right outside of the downtown area and has private acreage. Downtown Eureka and Beaver Lake are just a short drive away! House Rules that are strictly enforced: - Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. - Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. - This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. - Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. - This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. - Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early checkin, and late checkout fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies. - There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator.
