Rustic cedar cabin embodies coziness and warmth, making it a perfect getaway home for individuals, couples, or small families seeking a private and peaceful nature retreat . Located near the end of a quiet, dead end road bordering "forever wild" woods. 10-15 minute drive away door to door to Bellaerye Ski resort; beautiful part of the Catskills (with many nearby hiking trails in the park) as well as access to local quaint villages of Margaretville, Roxbury and Fleischmanns. We are looking to do short to mid/long term rental of 3-4 months for the ski season or 6-12 months within this and next year. Would use standard lease. Some specifics are: 1) Owner pays for water (there is a well). 2) Renter pays for electric (general and baseboard heat) and propane gas (for hot water). There is a woodstove that heats the whole house in the winter when used; owner supplies some firewood. 3) Renter pays for basic services of snowplow in winter ($100 each plow); and in warm months ($80) for mowing of lawn; unless renter wants to do this on their own. Tenant to shovel snow around home or to entrance; or chose to hire a local person. 4) Last month of rent due at signing of lease. 5) No smoking; 6) No pets (negotiable) 6) Home is furnished. 7) Absolutely no subletting and no other regular guests (unless reviewed and approved by home owner). 7) Lease duration to be 3-6 or 12 months.
