It has been recently painted, and brand new, real hickory wood flooring was just installed. No one has lived in this unit since the hardwood flooring was installed. Free Parking and Wi-Fi Internet are available; the owner will cover the garbage service and utilities as long as usage doesn't become extreme. A washer, dryer, and dishwasher are also available. This is a non-smoking property, and no pets are allowed.
