The house's first floor is open plan including living, dining, and kitchen, has one bathroom and a large closet. It also has a wrap around deck with river views, lounge chairs and a dining table. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two baths, and a TV room that sleeps 2 guests on a fold-out futon, as well as decks off of each bedroom with views.
