The spacious master bedroom features an adjustable king-sized bed, a 55-inch Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and an updated en-suite bathroom. The two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed and share a full updated bathroom located in the connecting hallway. Both guest rooms are equipped with 43-inch Roku TVs, providing access to free channels as well as personal subscription services, including Amazon Prime, Peacock, YouTube TV, Netflix, and Disney Plus. The inviting living room offers a 55-inch Roku TV and a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which comfortably seats six guests, and is across from the fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, cookware, dinnerware, drinkware, a blender, and more, ensuring a fully equipped space for any culinary needs. Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, ideal for unwinding after a long day or enjoying the weekend. The backyard offers a peaceful environment to relax or play with your well-behaved dog (non-aggressive breeds only are allowed, and must be approved by the property manager). Other pet types must also be approved by the property manager. For your convenience, the laundry area is located in the garage, equipped with a washer, dryer, and ample cabinet space for laundry supplies and storage. For added peace of mind, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras, which record 24/7 during your stay. A Ring doorbell with a camera is available for your access. Free parking is provided on-site, ensuring convenience throughout your stay. Additionally, a professional cleaner will visit monthly to clean the house, at no extra charge, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay without worrying about a lot of upkeep. Lawn service is also provided free of charge. This is a fully furnished Mid-Term rental. Your stay must be 30 days or more. Internet, wi-fi, lawn service and monthly cleaning is available free of charge. Utilities are included, but will cap out at $300 per month. Any utilities over $300, is the tenant's responsibility. Well behaved dogs (that are not on the aggressive breed list) are welcome. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 FOR EACH PET. Pets must be spayed/neutered and current on vaccines and flea control. There is NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed inside the house or garage. A $500 odor remediation charge will be incurred if the no smoking indoors rule is broken. You must notify the property manager if you will have guests that will be staying more than 3 days.
