The rental rate is a monthly rate based upon 1 person for a minimum 60 day rental contract, price per month goes up a bit if your stay is shorter than 60 days (shorter stays approved on a case by case basis), or more than 1 person - happy to let you know what your stay would cost. CURRENTLY AVAILABLE - 10/15/26 through 5/31/27 washer/dryer in unit, simple kitchenette with microwave, air fryer/oven, sink, refrigerator (and basic kitchen utensils) . Included in monthly cost is all the typical utilities (heat, A/C, water, garbage) and internet. We do accept reusable tenant screening reports, we will conduct a background and credit worthiness check, looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer and employment histories. The following criteria may result in your application being denied: past eviction, past criminal conviction, poor history of debt payments, poor or incomplete rental history, poor work history, income less than 3 times the monthly rent, and or a credit score of less than 650.
