A second tall cast-iron gate separates the yard from the driveway. Extended terms available for corporate clients. Cleaning: A light professional clean every two weeks is required throughout the stay. Guests may arrange their own cleaner, or we can connect you with one. Cleaners are independent providers hired and paid directly by the guest. The host is not responsible or liable for their services, conduct or any loss or damage arising from them. Parking: Two assigned parking spaces available on the compound right outside the house. Vehicles are parked at the guest's own risk. The host is not responsible or liable for any loss, theft or damage to vehicles or their contents while on the property, or for any damage caused by a guest's vehicle to the property, other vehicles or persons. Guests are responsible for maintaining their own vehicle insurance and for any damage their vehicle causes to the gate, driveway or property, persons or other people's vehicles and property. Pets: One small dog allowed on a case by case with prior approval, pet fee and refundable pet deposit. Other and more animals will be considered. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the premises.
