Lots 18 & 19 are under contract, but the adjacent #20 & #21 are available. I have visited every lot for sale in Carroll Valley and these are the BEST available. These two lots combined measure approximately 1.4 acres have great views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. Most other available lots are either on a slope that a goat couldn't climb or in a gully with no view at all.
