My housemate of 3 years is moving, so I am renting a furnished (or unfurnished) kitchenette, private bedroom, bath and living room in the lower 1/3 of my Louisville tri-level home. The kitchenette has a sink, apartment size fridge, portable single induction cooktop and a 3 in 1 microwave, convection oven, air-fryer. The w/d is on the middle level in the main kitchen, but free for you to use. There is a TV available for use with your own Roku / Fire stick, etc. The middle level has access to a shared yard and patio (including a dog door) plus the washer/dryer. One dog is an option depending on the temperament as I have a dog as well (mine is super friendly to people and other dogs). I use the upper level. The home is close to open space, bus stops and rec center. Parking is available for you in front of the home. $1200 a month with $35 extra with a dog. Rent includes all utilities and internet. Lease term minimum of 2 months for furnished and 6 months for unfurnished. I am quiet, tidy and mellow and do my own thing, but happy to help however I can. No smoking, vaping or drugs. 2 month minimum for furnished 6 month minimum for unfurnished $40 background check
