My apartment is in honestly the in most beautiful residential neighborhood in South Beach. It's a quiet residential neighborhood across the canal from Collins avenue, a two minute walk to the ocean. You have a private sun drenched studio on the third floor roof-top of a lovely original Art Deco building a block away from the gorgeous ocean. Perfect for 30+ day stays and to be your home away from home. It's minimalist, spacious design includes a dedicated work space with NEWLY UPDATED fast Internet, living room area with TV and large sofa, eating space, and kitchenette with coffee makers, fridge, toaster oven and microwave. the huge windows have black out curtains for day time sleep. This apartment is in a unique, original style art deco building that South Beach is famous for. You have a high ceiling, windows all around and lots of light. What's special about this place is the tranquil ambiance, while being right next to the South Beach action, and the location a block from the ocean. The One Hotel and the W are practically across the street. The apartment is quiet, airy and peaceful in a safe, beautiful, quiet neighborhood. This is a 3 minute walk to the beach/ ocean. The studio is next to my apartment and there is a door in between which is locked.. It is technically part of my place but independent with it's own entrance. This is a very quiet low key, small building. You won't see people around or deal with annoying front lobbies. Just walk straight up. There is street parking in the area that free from 6pm to 8am and costs 1$ and hour between 8am and 6pm or you can get the residential Miami Beach parking permit. No pets allowed and no smoking inside. Listing is for 1 person. This is a very quiet building and the neighbors respect each others privacy and quiet professional people are welcome here. Minimum 90 day stays are preferred.
