No Extra/ Overnight Guests (Have more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number doesn't match we reserve the right to cancel your reservation) No Mail Delivered here (unless personally arranged with me ahead of time) No Moving / Rearranging of the furniture (unless otherwise specified) No unplugging of the electronics like TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku sticks, etc No Pre-Check in Bag Storage (Only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee) No Disrespecting/ disturbing neighbors No parking anywhere other than the assigned spaces we show you No loud noise or music past 9 pm NOTES: Pets must be approved and disclosed to the hosts (Extra charges & deposits will be needed) Dogs Cats A matching photo ID will be requested before sending out the check-in information If you are allergic to any cleaning products or items please inform us in advance before your stay. All Guests: In the prevention of toilets from clogging , please do NOT flush the toilet with a lot of tissues . We have had guests putting too much paper and clogging out the toilet too many times. So please help us keep our toilet from clogging by following our rules!
