The property is in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to pretty much everything you need and has good neighbors. There will be one other person living there. He's in his 50s, works a lot and mostly keeps to himself but is very friendly and easy to get along with. I have one bedroom available and access to the rest of the house and the pool. You will have your own bathroom. Kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. A laundry room with washer and dryer. A large living room with a couch and tv. And a garage that is enclosed, used for storage and or an exercise space. A fenced in backyard with a large inground pool and a shed. Pet friendly. Rent is $1000 a month , utilities to be split between tenants. No smoking inside No pets in pool Utilities shared cost by tenants Yard maintenance by tenants I'd prefer a longer lease, but month to month can be arranged as long as I have some advanced notice.
