The neighborhood is very family oriented, quiet, and about 1.4 miles to the closest beach in Bay Head. Also very close (0.7 miles) to downtown Arnold Ave shops and restaurants. SUMMER RENTAL - JULY through SEPTEMBER available on a month-to-month basis. Need about 8-10 days notice to begin rental for transition and cleaning (ie: if you place a deposit and sign lease on July 1st we can start the lease around July 8th-10th). All utilities and shared internet connection is included within normal and ordinary usage. Parking is extremely limited due to the design of the neighborhood. Ideal tenants will have 1-2 vehicles and may park in the driveway. Additional vehicles, including vehicles of guests who stop by for longer durations, may need to be parked 1 block away on a different street to respect the neighbors / neighborhood. All neighbors require the space(s) in front of their homes due to the design of the street and the lots in the early 1900s.
