Cisco, Intel, KLA-Tencor, Cadence, Tesla, Levi's Stadium, downtown San Jose, ~5mis from SJC airport, etc. NOTE: 1-2x/mo cleaning included in the rent. SINGLE occupancy only. Overnight guest is negotiable with a nightly charge of $15/night, 1 guest per visit. NOTE: Includes utils, upto $150/mo. Non-smokers will feel at home in this private, spacious studio with a queen size memory foam bed and couch. This newly renovated studio is FULLY FURNISH, well-equipped, and tastefully appointed with new furniture and beautiful wall arts. The centerpiece is a queen-size memory foam bed. Please note, you will need to provide your own beddings, toiletry, etc. This studio has all of the amenities needed for either short-term or long-term stays, a full-size bathroom with shower, and 50" Roku TV with Guest Mode for you to enjoy. There is no cable or satellite. This studio has a kitchenette equipped with a mini refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster oven, Cast Iron Electric Countertop stove (2 burners), and an electric tea kettle. We also have cutlery, a cutting board, and various kitchen and cooking utensils. There is also a work desk with a comfy which you can use as a place to work on your laptop. Or sit on the comfy couch to relax and catch up on your favorite show(s). We have Wyze Floodlight security video cameras covering the outdoor areas of the property. So, if you come back after dark, you will have plenty of light. Anyone not listed on the Lease agreement are NOT allowed to access the property after 10:00pm and anytime without tenant's presence at the property. If this is violated, this will be considered breach of contract. We do not accept animals because they would jeopardize our health. We do not allow do-it-yourself hair coloring because it permanently stains the bathroom fixtures. Please reserve quiet hours, M-Sun, 10pm-7am NOTE: This private studio is attached to the main house, but you will have your own private access and entry to the studio and you will NOT have access to the main house and NO one in the main house will have access to the studio. Included in the rent is 1-2x/mo cleaning, which tenant CAN'T opt out. The cleaners will disinfect and clean the studio. Tenant must ensure studio is free of clutter so cleaners can thoroughly clean and do their job well. All shared walls are sound proof, however, it is impossible to eliminate 100% of the noise. Furnitures are subject to change out, refreshed or removed. This is a no smoking zone unit. Rent includes 1-2x/mo cleaning (value $80-$160). Studio is for Single occupancy. No visitor on premise without you being there. Overnight guest is negotiable and will have a nightly rate of $15/night, 1 guest per visit. Monthly rent is $2750/no (includes utils: elec, gas, garbage, sewer, water, wifi - upto $150/mo), for 12 months lease. Get a discount of $250/mo for last six months of a 12mos lease, put down the security deposit by July 15 and move in by Aug 1. Move in requirement: Rent/Income ratio: 1:4; Credit Score: 670+ $2750 security deposit, first month's rent and last month's rent. Tenant(s) is responsible to replace burnt light bulb, replace battery for fire/carbon alarm, keep property clean, tidy, and free of clutter, pests/infestations, etc. Photos may not be exactly as advertised, items may be moved/refreshed/replaced, etc.
