The room also has a desk and bench with extra storage for your convenience. We can switch out the queen bed for twin beds if that works better for you and your family's needs. BATHROOMS: The home has two bathrooms. The larger bathroom has a full-size tub with an extendable shower head and the second bathroom has a standing massage shower, sink, and toilet. HIKING AND SURROUNDING AREAS: This home is in the best area of San Pedro right on the border of Rancho Palos Verdes. We are 10 blocks from the beach and just a 10 minute drive from the BEST hiking spots in the South Bay including the luxurious Terranea Resort. Right next to Western Avenue which has all the stores you will need living in the South Bay. UTILITIES: Gas, electricity, trash pickup, lawn care, and water are all included.
