Available for a 1-3 month rental within DECEMBER to MARCH. All UTILITIES INCLUDED, fast 279 Mbps wifi. Located near Markum Inn, 12 minute drive to Silverton, Mt Angel or Molalla. Maximum two people. Not suitable for children under 12 years old. There is no real kitchen (see photo) because zoning laws don't allow one. There is a full size fridge, microwave and a hotplate, no oven. There is no washer/dryer but there are laundromats in Silverton and Molalla. Dogs are allowed if they are well-behaved, but may not be left alone for more than 5 hours a day. Cats are not allowed, due to allergies. I will ask for a background check and credit check. The latter can be waived if you pay in advance. Deposit is $500 plus $200 for pet(s).
