APPLIANCES: Refrigerator, microwave, small electric oven, washer/dryer FURNITURE (could be removed): King bed, full bed, dining set, living room set * Master bedroom with bath tub, shower and toilet * Guest bedroom with separate hallway bathroom with toilet and shower * Large main room with kitchen, dining, living and office areas * Suitable for 2 individuals or a 3 person family max (sewage system has usage limitations since it's shared with the adjacent studio) * Large fully fenced yard with an ocean view deck * Parking space for 2 cars in the driveway * Laundry room with washer/dryer in building is shared with the adjacent "ohana" studio tenant. * Pets: Well-behaved non-barky dog will be considered with pet interview and deposit. Indoor-only cat will be considered. No outdoor cats. We are looking for tenants who will respect the quiet neighborhood and will not hold big parties.
