BEDROOM 1 (with private bathroom): One king-sized bed, plus sleeper couch with twin-sized pull-out bed, walk-in closet, smart TV, extra linens, private bathroom. BEDROOM 2 (with private bathroom): One king-sized bed, walk-in closet, extra linens, private bathroom. BEDROOM 3: Full-sized bunk beds, plus twin-sized trundle bed, Roku TV, extra linens. HALLWAY 1: Bathroom #3, coat closet. HALLWAY 2: Pantry, utility area with washer/dryer, storage closest, garage access. The house has Google Nest cameras on the exterior of the house for safety of guests and security of home. RENTAL PERIOD & AVAILABILITY: The listed monthly rate applies only to stays between November and April. While the home is currently offered as a monthly rental, mid-term stays may be considered based on availability. WHAT'S COVERED: Owner covers HOA and utilities - Electricity - Water/sewer - Garbage/recycling - Internet/Wi-Fi - Streaming services (if charges are made to Owner accounts, they will be billed back to Tenant - Yard maintenance PETS: Maximum of two dogs, approval required (non-refundable deposit of $350, covers all approved pets).
