Located in the Horizon West area one of the fastest growing cities, close to Disney. Close to shopping centers Target, restaurants, and Publix. Owner pays for uitilities (electricity, cable, wi-fi, water) however; if the renter abuses of the use of any of these utilities that are included, a minimum fee of $50 will be charged. Rent must be paid no later than the 5th of each month otherwise a fee in the amount of $50 will be applied to the rent. Private parking not included. No smoking and no pets are allowed. Trash must be disposed of accordingly. Blue bin, recycling, green bid, regular trash. Large boxes get picked up on a different day. If planning on painting the studio, owner must approve of the paint color prior to painting, and once the renter is ready to move out, they must change back to its original color. No partying, or loud music as this is a community and there are other people living around us.
