White Springs Ranch is a unique hunting and recreational tract located in Love County near the Red River. This area is known for productive sandy-loam soils which produce and maintain an abudance of wildlife, espeically whitetail deer, Rio Grande wild turkey and migrating waterfowl. A small spring-fed creek feeds a flooded timber duck pond that is flooded each winter for duck season then drained each spring to promote the growth of native moist-soil plants.
