Park St. Apartments are located downtown near Appalachian State University's campus, restaurants, & shopping. There is a large yard at the complex for walking pets. Rent is $700 per person for two people or $1,400 for one individual taking the whole unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, trash pick up and lawn maintenance. Tenants are responsible for cable/wifi and electricity. Unit includes a stack washer/dryer. Pets are allowed (upon approval) with a pet fee of $30 per month per pet (limit 2 pets). Parking is included for tenants but we do not provide visitor parking. Online rent payments and 12 month individual leases. Lease begins August 5th, 2025 and goes through July 28th, 2026. Leasing Fees: $75 non-refundable application fee. Upon approval, $200 non-refundable administration fee and $500 refundable security deposit is due. Fees are per person.
