The interior has largely come together! The exterior comes next. Landscaping, a garage-to-casita conversion, and a backyard desert wellness oasis sauna, cold plunge, a big new patio with gymnastic rings and workout equipment are in the works and will probably take another 6-12 months to unfold. I'm looking for two generally clean and organized fellow beings interested in relishing this space, who value healthy living and getting outside, and don't require a TV to keep them company most nights. Note: if you love trail running, mountain biking, or watching Phoenix sunsets from mountain peaks, this house is located in *the* place to do so.
