Enter through the front door and you are greeted with the open concept living room and kitchen. This space is open and airy with loads of natural light from the many windows. The kitchen features a large island with shiplap accents and bar seating for four, gorgeous countertops, plenty of cabinet space fully stocked with all of the necessary kitchen essentials, and brand new, stainless steel appliances. In the living room you will find two comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and a coffee table. There is also a stylish half bathroom on this level for your convenience. Upstairs, you will find the two bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The first of the two bedrooms features a comfortable full size bed, and a desk to accommodate any work from home needs. The second bedroom features a queen size bed and a dresser. Both of the bathrooms feature a marble top vanity, and beautiful tile shower. There is a full size, stackable washer/dryer in the closet outside of the two bedrooms. You'll want to be sure to take care of the outdoor space that this property has to offer! There is a shared yard, and patio with a grill! One parking space is provided with this property inside of the gated parking area. In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $400 upon signing the lease agreement. * Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to the City of Charleston's 10% accommodations tax. Tax is charged on the rental rate, cleaning fee, and pet fee (if applicable). * The Neighborhood: Ansonborough is known for its stately red-brick historic homes, mostly dating to the mid-1800s, along streets lined with palmetto and oak trees.
