Utilities should be very inexpensive as the house has brand new windows and insulated walls. You will love the CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and forced air heat. OFF STREET PARKING is included.
Pet Fees: $35 per month for cats and small dogs (less than 40 pounds). $150 Non Refundable Pet Fee. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to accept vouchers.
Coin Laundry is in the basement.
$35 Application fee and Security Deposit is equal to one month's rent.
