ALL Utilities: Gas, water sewer, electric, city garbage fees are divided and paid by tenant via an included $150 per month cap. Wifi internet service included if wanted. The unit comes with a one-car garage with remote control on the ground floor underneath the unit for an additional $200 per month. Sec Dep is OAC. FICO of 700+ required. Do not accept Co-Signers.
