The living room features a comfortable sofa, large Smart TV, decorative fire place, and a desk and chair to accommodate any work from home needs! In the hallway just off the living room is the full bathroom. This beautifully updated bathroom offers a hotel-like feel with a tile shower and large vanity. The kitchen has been recently updated as well to feature gorgeous countertops and backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of cabinet space! The washer and dryer are also located in the kitchen. The spacious bedroom features a Queen size bed, comfortable chair for reading or relaxing, a dresser for storage, and a walk in closet. This is the perfect apartment for a single person or a couple to enjoy their time here in Charleston! Hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with a $250 per pet fee. This apartment comes with one designated off street parking space in the parking lot behind the home. Please note there may be some construction work done to restore the front porch of the home in the coming months. - Small, hypoallergenic dogs may be considered with a $250 pet fee. - In addition to the security deposit of one full month's rent and monthly rent charges, you are required to pay a move out cleaning fee of $175 upon signing the lease agreement. - Please note that any bookings less than 90 days are subject to 10% accommodations tax.
