The condo has a spacious kitchen, a large living room, and its own washer/dryer. Each room is equipped with large closets for storage and have their own full sized bathroom. Tenants will also have access to all of Lucera's facilities including free outdoor grills, exercise room, and pool/hot tub. Water is included, but tenants will be responsible for electricity and internet. This location is convenient for both UCSD students (there is a bus stop across the street) and working professionals (avoids traffic on most, if not all commutes). Condo is available on August 15th. Owner pays for water and garbage. Renter is responsible for electricity and internet. Renter must be respectful in common area, pool and exercise room. No smoking, no pets. No major modifications to the unit without owner's written consent.
