Unit includes fireplace, a private patio, a washer and dryer in unit, 1Gps Internet, Cable TV, and heat. Internet, TV, heat, water, gas, parking, and garbage services are all included in the rent. Half the appliances are 1 year old, other half is 2 years old. The unit comes with 1 heated underground parking space with storage, the grounds are very well maintained, and includes free access to the Edinborough Fitness Track and exercise facilities which is a 2min walk. There is also plenty of guest/open parking available (uncovered surface parking). The condo is walking distance (under 4 mins) to Starbucks, Whole Foods, and tons of retail shopping (centennial lakes area), restaurants, Centennial Band Shell where they have live music twice a week, Centennial lakes walking trails and more. Rent includes Internet/TV, heat, gas, water, garbage, and an underground heated parking stall. There are no other utility costs whatsoever other than electric which average $38/month. Cats are allowed if they are de-clawed front only (no exceptions, sorry)... however, there has not been a cat in the unit for 7 years if you are allergic (and the carpet in the one single room has been replaced since). I do ask that you carry renters insurance. $300 non-refundable move-in/move-out fee required by association (actually its $600 but I cover half). Note: There is no elevator. This unit is in the middle.. so from the main door, its 7 steps up, from the garage, one full floor (I think 15-16 steps total).
