It is the perfect getaway to explore Lake Tahoe and enjoy all that it has to offer including hiking, mountain biking, kayaking, boating, fishing, as well as great restaurants, bars and coffee houses. The living room is beautifully furnished with comfortable leather sofas and the cozy dining room comfortably seats 6. The bedrooms are fully furnished with two queen beds and two single beds, (for up to six adults/children). The high quality cotton bed and bath linens will make your vacation comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy making a family meal in the fully-equipped kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops. For home entertainment, there is a 36' LED TV and Blu-ray. Both tv (no cable but Hulu and Netfix) and WiFi are available. There is also a small DVD selection, books and board games available if you want to stay in and relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. The back deck faces greenbelt and has table with chairs. Unfortunately, HOA does not allow bbq on the property but you can use the bbq's in the common area between the buildings. Parking is available for two vehicles. Snow clearance is included and there is a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit. Our conveniently located condo has provided us with endless adventures and relaxation.
