Up to two small dogs are allowed, pending size and breed approval and must have previous references. No other animals are allowed. All occupying parties must be approved. Pets are $200/ month additional. Guest will be responsible for departure cleaning cost based on length of stay. No smoking, vaping, drug use in/at this home.
