Hello, I am a third year Mechanical Engineer and we have one bedroom available in our 3 bed 3.5 bath house. This is a great location that is right on the bus stop and is 10 minutes, by bike or bus, away from CSU. We are both laid back and fairly social people, but will spend a lot of the week studying and then hangout with friends on the weekend. Neither of us smoke, but will drink average amounts. We are looking for a friendly, clean and respectful roommate. It is 1 bedroom with private bathroom located in the basement, the room is in excellent condition. The unit has a dishwasher as well as a washing and drying machine. The room can come furnished or unfurnished, with a slightly higher rent for furnished, the rest of the unit will already be furnished. Pictures do not depict current furnishings The lease starts August 1st 2020 and goes through July 2021. 675 rent includes Water,Trash and Recycling, Snow Removal and all Landscaping and 1 on street parking space, Tenant pays all other utilities.
