Stay at the home and relax just minutes from all conveniences and the beach. Malls, restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, and the beach are all within minutes of this home. However, you may not want to leave this entertainer's dream. The outdoor heated pool is perfect for winter and summer days. And the stocked game room will have you hoping for a rainy day. Pelican Creek is ready to be your vacation home! The home features an expansive backyard with a large heated pool and a built in spa perfect for any month of the year. There are plenty of areas for the family to gather whether it be at the indoor dining room table that seats 8 comfortably, an outdoor dining table, the large living room perfect for watching sports or late night movies, a game room stocked with board games, shuffle board table, bumper pool, poker table, and two standup arcade games. When not enjoying the entertainment spaces, there are three large rooms with king beds perfect for relaxing after a fun day in the sun. One of the sofa beds folds out in to a queen size bed for an extra guests you may have. The home is dog friendly, but there is a non refundable pet fee of $120 that will be charged after the booking is confirmed. There are two cameras on the property. One in front and one in back overlooking the entrances - there are absolutely NO cameras inside or facing the inside of the homes. Check-in is at 4 pm, but when possible, an early check-in can be offered between 8 am and 4 pm for an additional fee of $25/hr. Checkout is at 11 am, but when possible a late checkout can be offered as late as 4 pm at the same rate. Pets friendly property, smoking is not allowed in the house.
