There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths located upstairs and the kitchen, living room and half bath are located on the first floor. There is a small fenced in backyard with patio as well. It has a shed, 6 person pollywood dining furniture and outdoor couch seating. Renter will be responsible for paying electric and water which combined run about $250-325/month. Internet and cable through Youtube TV is provided as well. Pets are allowed for a $40/month fee. Deposit is $1100 and is used as a non-refundable deposit to hold the house until checkin, but then becomes refundable damage deposit once the lease term starts and will be returned at the end of the lease if everything is in cleaned and in the same condition at the start of the lease. The master bedroom has an adjustable bed with a vibrating feature and a big screen TV on the wall right front of the bed. It also has its own private bathroom and a separate entrance off the back deck.
